On-the-day Coordination

You might be planning your wedding and have everything sorted, but just need someone to put it all together on the day - that’s where this package comes in. Our on-the-day service includes:

  • Initial consultation to get to know each other and discuss your wedding plans so far

  • Meeting 6 weeks before the wedding

  • Liaising with all suppliers from then on

  • Creating a detailed timeline for the day

  • Helping with setting up finishing touches on the morning of the wedding

  • Staying until after the first dance

  • Meeting with suppliers on the day so they know where they are setting up

  • Making announcements on the day when needed

  • Helping with the turnaround of the room - from ceremony - to dinner - to dancing!

  • Taking extra care of friends and relatives who struggle with mobility, so they don’t miss anything important

  • Attaching button holes, helping with the dress, and making sure the bouquets get put into vases of water later on in the day

  • Assisting the photographer when gathering certain groups of guests for photos to make better use of your photographers time

  • Lighting candles, turning on playlists, replenishing the sweet bar, etc!

  • Helping the catering team and other suppliers where needed

  • Encouraging guests to sign the guestbook or use the photo booth

  • Helping guests with getting taxis

  • Being the dedicated point of contact on the day

  • Discrete handling of any issues that may arise on the day

Life can get very busy sometimes and you might not want the complexity of planning a wedding - on top of everything else. You might just want the reassurance knowing everything is being taken care of, by a professional who is on hand for you every step of the way.

This package starts with a free consultation so I can get to know you and your vision and you can get to know me. I will help with venue sourcing, supplier booking and management, creating a detailed timeline for the day and generally just being there for added support as and when you need it, including regular catch ups and Zoom calls! I will also be on hand on the day itself to make sure the day runs smoothly and seamlessly, so you do not have to worry about a single thing on your big day.
